My Story
Kathy Patterson is the founder and heart behind KP Talent Management. With a lifelong background in acting and a passion for nurturing talent, Kathy founded KP Talent Management in 2025 with a clear vision: to represent actors with integrity, honesty, and a personal touch.

In 2008, Kathy made the move from Calgary, Alberta to the East Coast, where she immersed herself in the local and East Coast film industry. This experience deepened her understanding of the challenges actors face and inspired her to transition from performing to helping others navigate their careers. From coaching auditions to offering one-on-one career guidance, Kathy brings a wealth of experience and a genuine commitment to each client she represents.
